BATTALION FIRE SUPPORT OFFICER 2018 — 2019

Served as the primary adviser to the Battalion Commander on all matters concerning lethal and non-lethal effects and airspace coordination; requests and controls artillery, mortars, attack aviation, and close air support. Key Contributions & Achievements:

Oversaw all aspects of training and development for 4 Fire Support Teams which included of four officers, 5 NCOs, and fourteen Soldiers; responsible for accountability and maintenance of over $15,000,000 of equipment. Delivered operational support to the 3rd Infantry Division in Fort Stewart, GA and led operational planning, synchronization, and execution of decisive operations and coordinate combined, joint, and multinational fires. Key Contributions & Achievements:

Served as the Primary advisor to the battalion commander on all intelligence and security matters as the Key Intelligence Officer for a 380-man High Mobility Artillery Rocket System battalion. Key Contributions & Achievements:

Conducted Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield and produced intelligence products in support of the battalion mission and was held in high regard by Emirati Army personnel. Graduated with a top score from the "Thunderbolt Fusion" brigade intelligence operations course and represented the US in multi-national intelligence working groups.

FIRES PLATOON LEADER 2013

Delivered operational oversight, training, and management to 18 Soldiers in a High Mobility Rocket System Platoon. Coordinated administrative and sustainment support for the Platoon and was responsible for the Platoons ability to deliver accurate and effective Rocket and Missile Fire.

Served as the Battery Maintenance Officer, Battery Unit Movement Officer, Battery communications Officer and was responsible for the operation, maintenance, and accountability of over $10,800,000. Developed, executed, and supervised the maintenance plan for the Company over $22,000,000 worth of equipment, sustaining a 99.6% readiness rating. Designed load diagrams for shipping and movement of all equipment as the Unit movement Officer.

PLATOON LEADER 2011 – 2013

Led a team of 60 Soldiers and Ensured the maintenance of 20 pieces of rolling stock valued at over $9,000,000 while serving as the Overall Officer in Charge for the Company to use a new Reconfigurable Vehicle Tactics Trainer. Key Contributions & Achievements:

Maintained over a 90% readiness rate which means our vehicles were fully functional and Soldiers were medical ready keeping up with appointments.
