This included transforming a river bottom portion of the Edgcomb Cattle Ranch, into the Canyon Club Golf Course and fishing resort. 106 housing lots priced from $950K to $7 Million. • Set up a gravel pit and crusher with batch plant to manufacture own gravels, asphalt, and concrete for potential savings of over $1.1 million

• Re-designed lot layouts to gain two additional lots valued at $2 million

• Built cofferdam in the Snake River to supply water to ranch, golf course, lots, and fish hatchery

• Recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top 10 mountain golf courses

• Procured and managed 60 environmental, biological, governmental, discovery studies, and permits

• Retained 404 permit and filled permitted wetlands. Managed all mitigation sites and built streams throughout properties

• Supported construction of golf course by Wadsworth Golf and related pump house

• Kept the cattle ranch running and maintained the existing residences
