I have 26 years of extensive experience in different field of expertise such as PMO Sr. scheduling control and monitoring, planning and cost control monitoring, delay/quantum analysis, estimating, designing and drafting. In the year 1995, I started as a Field Engineer, and then rose to the level of Project Engineer, Cost / Control Engineer, Planning / Claims Engineer and PMO Scheduling Control and Monitoring Engineer. This recent of more than 4 years, I have been involved for the various projects of Design Engineering as a Planning and Cost / Control Engineer and various MOF – Ministry of Finance projects in Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh and Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as a PMO Scheduling Control and Monitoring. Prepare various levels (1-3) of schedules for design engineering through P6 primavera programme with resource allocation e.g. assigned project managers, design engineers, supporting team, etc.

Identify master drawing control list and determine the equivalent number of drawings into category “A” using the ARAMCO standard format then establish the working man-hours per each drawing with the equivalent unit rate.

Identify the man-hours allocation and distribute as per submittal stage and discipline then input into the primavera programme to generate the progress s-curve.

Coordination with project managers and engineers of different design teams related to project progress accomplishment of drawings in order to determine effectiveness of each discipline.

Monitor drawing physical work progress and its earned man-hours against the actual expended man-hours (based on the accounts dept) in order to determine the efficiency within weekly time frames and advice the project managers in addressing the issues and concerns pertaining to delayed progress and overrun man-hours.

Monitor the to-date progress percentage based on cost – to-date earned man-hours multiplied to unit cost equals to to-date earned cost divided from budgetary cost.

Update weekly chargeability report - man-hours and its equivalent cost and compare its actual against the forecasted/estimated and submit the same to the resident manager.

Update weekly actual expended man-hours, technical availability man-hours and vacation training man-hours into the database in order to monitor the monthly workload of each employee.

Update monthly workload for each employee and submit the same to the resident manager for comment and approval.

Follow-up of submitted commercial bid proposals to the client as only requested by the resident manager.
