Manage all the day-to-day third party logistical operations while reporting to an out of state corporate office

Manage all areas of administrative, production, receiving and distribution overseeing approximately 90 reports on two shifts including 8 direct reports.

Identify and plan warehouse space to ensure smooth flow of products and inbound/outbound requirements.
