Supervisor Administration Logistics, Mesaieed Port Achievements:

• Functioned as the core member of the team involved in the revision of Mesaieed Port Tariff, Study conducted on the instruction of the Minister for Energy for the State of Qatar and CEO of Qatar Petroleum.

• Facilitated Work Form Home Procedures during the current pandemic situation.

• Assisted the Head of division in implementing the approved procedures/work instructions including drafting and developing the departmental procedures & work instruction in line with QP and industry standards.

• Bagged two awards for excellent performance.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in creating, verifying, and approving disbursement accounts for collation of revenue from all the port users including the issuance of invoices for port handling charges.

• Administered claims from port incidents and marine and coordinate with the port department through the phase of port transformation aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

• Coordinated activities related to the implementation of the SAP accounting system including the compilation of disbursement account and KPI’s, monthly statistics on the various revenue streams, submission of monthly reports for export/import cargo.

• Functioned as a member of the Operation Team at Das Island involved in facilitating provision, food supply for the tugs. Prepared and distributed vessel usage charges to the concerned departments within ADMA.
