Developed human resources management policies, procedures and process manual particularly for the human resources department. I equally developed payroll management system using Microsoft Access and Excel in managing employee monthly payroll both local and expatriate including employee database management system. Implement compulsary pension deduction and subsequent remittance to the individual PFA’s.
