Prepare HVAC Base design package inline with other discipline requirements.

Study in-detail the client provided layout plan, equipment details, site related information, investigation reports & drawings provided by the client of the project.

Study / Review of tender documents scope of work, drawing, BOQ Specifications, client requirements etc.,

Verify HVAC Design compliant with specific code requirements & specifications.

Review engineering design packages for constructability issues prior to issuance to the contractor.

Prepare final / detailed design in accordance with approval base design.

Prepare & review as-built drawings based on site mark-ups and submit to client.

Plan and organize work within assigned man hours.

Doing heat load calculations on hap 5.01 & pump heat calculations.

Determine system requirements and prepare related schematics.

Prepare airflow diagrams & specializes ventilation system design.

Preparing BOQ unit prices as per tender BOQ format & filling.

Preparing tender adjustment schedule with unit prices, when applicable.

Co-ordinating & Assisting technical officers in preparing shop drawings, preparing work schedules.

Preparation of HVAC shop drawings in consideration with contract and relevant codes.

Request for Information initiation for any clarifications on the consultants design as per requirements.

Reviewing Material submittals and Shop drawings prior to the submission to the consultant.

Coordinating with consultant for material inspection and processing the approvals.

Coordinating with main contractor construction engineers for civil issues and clearances to start the HVAC Activities

Provide approved shop drawing, HVAC Co-ordination drawing to site supervisor (or) Foreman and arrange the required approved material to avoid progress delay.

Ensure the HVAC Ducts, fittings, accessories are available and approved by inspection department prior to installation.

Installation of all the equipment’s as per the site requirements coordinating with other services.

Maintaining site material order and check time to time requirement of material according to site plan, program and schedule as per project planning department to ensure proper flow of work.
