Title: Conversion of a Conventional Lathe into a CNC Machine. No of persons : 4

Project Brief:

The Team managed to successfully convert a Conventional lathe machine into a CNC without any errors or malfunctions.

The Conversion of the Lathe Machine which uses the Digital Interference system (DIS) worked with satisfactory condition to meet the tolerances and also the quality of the project. It was also able to improve the accuracy and precision of the components to be machined in a conventional lathe machine. This was achieved completely by the Digital Interference System (DIS) which recorded and stored the operations done in the Lathe Machine and was Retrieved using Shadowing feature.
