Senior Food Safety and clinical Nutrition January 2019 - Still

With more than 8 years of experience in food safety supported with many courses in food safety, HSE and a diploma of Clinical Nutrition Certified by Open learning in American University in Cairo.

3 years' experience in good agricultural practices.

Main Responsibilities:

Follow-up and control of the production line from (Receiving, storage, Preparation, Cooking and Serving).

Supervising the staff regarding personal hygiene and good practices during operation.

Passing on patients and identifying the undesirable varieties they have, as well as the favorite ones and the items that may cause them any kind of allergy.
