BOEING IN MESA, AZ. AIRCRAFT MECHANIC

Completion Center

I was in the Boeing completion center on the AH-64E model. I was part of the team doing the final assemble before the aircraft was turned over to the customer. The work consists of APU check, testing of fuel system for leaks and transfer, blade install with phasing and rigging checks and final check before the aircraft was flown.

Following this the aircraft is flown and inspections are completed, then delivered to the U.S. Army units.

November- 2015 till April -2017 Erickson Aviation, Medford OR. A/P Mechanic

I worked on the Bell -206, Bell-214, Beach 1900 and Puma-330J This was a FAA part 145 and part 135 operation. All the aircraft were

keep in air worth condition. I completed all required inspection up to and including annual inspection. I worked all the above airframes as an avionics tech and general mechanic. I was later moved to an offsite crew mechanic position with two others to support the U.S. Navy’s vert rep. program in the south Pacific. The two aircraft I supported never missed any required missions

Able had a part 145 Facility, now a Bell repair station. I was the shop lead building the wire harness to upgrade the 206 to L4’s for Air methods medical use. I build the harness, installed the harness and tested the new system once it was complete. The new aircraft were stripped and completely rebuild to meet the customer requirements.

I was one of two techs that were charged with all avionics tasks for the two C-130’s on site. We were also required to build wiring harnesses and install the harnesses in a third aircraft to convert that aircraft to an updated glass flight deck. The S.T.C. being completed required a strict compliance to the install directions.

I also was involved in the delivery and reassembly of aircraft and many different countries. I was the site MGR. and help in the setting up two different contracts.
