JSW BELLARY – CLIENT OF HARSCO: We did two projects to this client named as PELLATISING AND BRIQUETTING PLANTS

BRIQUETTING PLANT is one type of metal recovery plat which involves recovery of metal content from mill scale and some kind of dusts through dry processes of steel plants. For shaping of briquettes we follow operations through respective equipment’s like FEEDIND, SCREENING, STORING DUST THROUGH SILOS, MIXING, PRESSING (BRIQUETTING PRESS).

PELLETISING PLANT is one type of metal recovery plant which involves recovery of metal content from slag, sludge slurry and some kind of flue dusts from steel plant. And operations involved are almost same as briquetting for generating pellets.

JSL JAJAPUR – CLIENT OF HARSCO: We did two projects to this client named as CRUSHING AND MILLING PLANTS.

CRUSHING AND MLLING PLANT is also metal recovery plant which involves recovery of metal from stainless steel slag content. Operations involved in this plant are FEEDING, SCREENING, HANDPICKING, CRUSHING, WETMEGNETISATION Etc. with respective equipment’s.

JSW DOLVI – CLIENT OF HARSCO: we did one project to this client named as SLAG PROCESSING PLANT.

SLAG PROCESSING PLANT is also metal recovery plant which involves recovery of metal from steel plants which contains ferrous content. Operations involved in this plant are FEEDING, MEGANETIC SEPARATION, CRUSHING, SCREENING, PEELING, IMPACTING, STACKING.

ESSAR GUJARAT – CLIENT OF HARSCO: we doing one project to this client named as SLAG PROCESSING PLANT And SCARFING PLANT.

Roles & Responsibilities

Visiting the site and taking the exact coordinates.

Receiving the flow diagrams from the head office and develop the layout in the tekla.

Developing of entire plant in tekla structures.

Developing the conveyors and the modules as per the layout in tekla.

Preparing the equipment models which we used to make the final product.

Coordinating with equipment vendors & clients.

Coordinating with fabrication people, whether they are maintaining dimensions as per the drawing.

Preparing the erection drawings for site.

Visiting site during erection to clear the site issues.

Coordinating with operation people during processes of work in site.
