It is group ofMasterbatch Manufacture of Colour, UV, Additive, Black, White and Mono Concentrate and filler Masterbatches. Products for all Plastic Conversion processes like CPP, BOPP, Blown Films, Extrusion pipe, Injection Moulding, Blow Moulding, Rotomoulding, Raffia etc.

RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for directing of the plant in the daily operation and coordination with all other plant departments.

Monitor daily production run to maximize efficiency and minimize conversioncost.

Manages finished goods and raw materialinventory

Development especially for additive, white,color and filler masterbatch. And Finding technical solution to day-to-day filler product experiment problems to increase the yield andpurity.

Involved in process development activities of colour, white, Additive and filler product in plant. And Develop new product as per customer requirement with low cost and goodquality.

Attending customer at site and providing technical service both for new trials and troubleshooting with QC Manager.

Preparing the project report of daily experiment & discussion with Plant Head and implement new thing in plant which help to develop additive, colour, filler and whitemasterbatch.

Visiting customer unit for technical support of our product and give technical solution.

The accurate completion and reporting of shift production data and coordinate maintenance work with production to maximize productionefficiency.
