Working of disc brake system
Minimizing the penalty cost of aircraft landing schedule using particle swarm optimization ( PSO) algorithm.
In a disc brake system, a set of pads is pressed against a rotating disc and due to friction, heat is generated at the disc-pad interface. This heat ultimately transfers to the vehicle and environment and the disc cools down. In this project a model of disc brake is generated using solidworks. Where we have shown, how the brakes are applied when a Caliper sequences pushes the brakes pads against the disc, Slowing the wheel.
Optimal scheduling of airport runway operation. To compute the optimal landing sequences along with landing times of aircraft. Upon, entering into the radar range (or) else radar horizon of air traffic control (ATC) at an airport. Earliest time signifies the earliest a plane can land if it flies at its maximum air speed.Aircraft scheduling within terminal areas is the technology meant for lessening the delay along with the cost.
