• Go to Loading Dock and Add all trailers in the yard on notepad, tell the difference between which Location Transferred the trailer from tag paper. (check Seals and broken seals) write down if trailer was latched or not. Determine if all Bins of product are inside
• Go to Loading Dock office. Check Stos and paperwork dropped off from truck drivers. Check paperwork for specific codes being Ran. Or incoming trailers with returns
• Go back to Main Office log into Sap And Mii double check trailers inputed already into computer. Also Put down trailers in transit with bins of product our department needs to complete the schedule overnight
• Prepared Mdp Schedule on excel. 1st schedule. Added trailers in yard and bins of product codes onto schedule. Made copies for supervisors and Palletizers, and Mdp Crew
• Made new accountant file for current date with the Fillet Wip inventory. Also checked nightshifts schedule and divided scheduled racks to know how many bins of code needed to complete the order of the night
• Gathered paperwork needed for physical inventory.
• Searched for bins of codes for fillet department in all coolers. And on floors. Taking down Code, weight and kill date and location (Location on floor For supervisors and superintendents)
• Also checking tubs and Bulk Racks with frozen meat adding codes down on paperwork also. And counting the racks made.
• Distinguishing tubs for N.A.E or O.R.G
• Checking bins for old kill dates, tags and paperwork updated
• Hold tagging any bin, tub, rack. IF tag, paperwork isn't there or bins damaged. And quickly notifying a supervisor before a U.S.D.A condemns it
• After 1st Physical Inventory on floor input paperwork information into Computer data file accurately and at a fast typing pace And email it off
• Inform Supervisors of product found on floor and racks scheduled for the night
• Talk to Loading Dock drivers and have specific trailers with certain bin of product codes needed according to the schedule and Put on a loading dock door
