Roles & Responsibilities: -
●In Oppo, I initially started as Management Trainee and after 4 months, I got promotion as Area Trainer where I handled Amritsar location initially and after that Tarn Taran where I handled 280+ team which includes 200 promoters and 80 Non promoter outlets and had to took care of the sales of Amritsar
●Apart from this, I handled Sales Team Training also in which I played a role in target setting and also provide sales and product training to sales team.
●After that,In Stylish Bath I got appointed as Area sales trainer for amritsar location and after that appointed for Chandigarh location also where I have to provide Sales training and promote the market with a team of 25 to30.
●I have to prepare the overall structures of Sales PPT’s and also have to prepare the Training modules for the trainers.
●I also have to go for the audit of the sales team and look after their target and achievements.
●I have to meet with the clients for the project operations and project sales.
●I also make PPT of my own regarding product training in all of my companies.
●I also managed to provide training to Sales, Branding and Promotion department regarding products and others services.
●In Amazon Development Center, I act as Customer Support Executive in international process where I've to resolve the queries of the customers and have to handle the objections of customers over the Chat/ email.
●Currently, working at Amazon Development center in another process which is Employee Resource Center. Handled a team of ERC employee handling contacts from US Amazon employees in regards to their time offs, leaves, accommodations, payments etc. over call.
