Business Excellence Manager/ BCP Manager/ Compliance Executive May 2008 to Jan 2019

From manufacturing operation, chosen to support factories with their concerns regarding business processes.

First course of action is to trouble shoot system and practice issues.

Prepared standard procedures and work instructions to ensure organization will observe business defined best practices.

Perform system test for new solutions and deploys them to relevant departments.

Led a project related to lean issuance and raw materials to production staging areas.

Leads the factory during migration upgrade processes whenever system updates are performed (I.e. SAP HANA, etc.)

Trained people to ensure the organization maintains SAP competencies by setting up the power of (3) three. Training covered the manufacturing end to end process PLAN-TO-PRODUCE.

Oct 2005 to May 2008

Manages shift operation a milk plant with spray dryers and multiple filling lines thus ensuring harmonious crew relation and economic operation.

Attends morning daily operation and planning meeting.

Performs annual safety check of spray dryers.

Ensures the conduct of line ICaM (Intermediate Cleaning and Maintenance) activities.

Ensures that product quality is achieved by ensuring adherence to prescribed process parameters.

Actively involved in several line improvement activities such as, analyzing material usage variance and coming up with solid findings and recommendation for process improvement and modifications.

Handles normal shift maintenance works and personnel.

Joined the GloBe (Global Business Excellence)Team that implemented the SAP solution for the whole Philippine market.

Performed fit-gap analyses for the “would be” new processes for the factories.

Tested the solution template and raised the necessary incident tickets based on findings.

Milk Production Supervisor (Process/ Fill pack Departments) Sept 1993 to Mar 2003

Started my career in Nestle as a milk process supervisor handling 3 spray dryers with recombining processing lines.

Ensured production program is met thus providing SFG to the downstream filling operation.

Perform SFG quality assurance releasing for the next operation.

Also handles the operation of soya extraction plant, from dehulling to evaporation process.

Performs annual (or as needed) dryer safety checks.

Ensures GMP (good manufacturing practices) is observed and as needed joins a team that conduct HACCP studies for product and processing lines.

Actively involved in all process line upgrades.

Captures and record line performance incidents in system thus building data for analyses for line improvement.

Member of locked-in crew during the labour unrest period. After the strike, rebuilt the operation by personally operating the lines then later started hiring and training new operator/mechanics.

Supervise the repair and maintenance of processing machines.

Perform the synchronization of conveyors.

Worked as member of the dismantling team that transferred the textile machines from Hong Kong to a new factory in Lipa City.

Assisted in the drawing of the air conditioning system of the new Lipa plant.

Worked as company representative inspecting the construction of the new factory site.

Worked as a member of the reassembly and commissioning team of the new plant.
