I have not been employed since Nov. 2014, reason being I had kidney failure and had to be on dialysis. I had a kidney transplant in July 2019 and since have been cleared to work by my doctors. I have been a truck driver for over 30 years. I have good customer service skill, also have diplomas in Certified Nursing Assistant, and also as a Patient Care Technician. I worked in the Trauma floor in St. Joseph hospital in March 2011 to Sept. 2012. I was hired before I even finished my school at Tucson College.

My job skills include: Retail Sales parts counter at Checker Auto Parts Customer Service for Teletech inbound call center for U.P.S. tracking customers packages and handling complaints, showing empathy and letting them know that I will do the best I can for them to make sure they have a pleasant experience at the end. Also as a truck driver I handled customers complaints on their shipments, solve their issues without any hesitation.

St. Joseph Hospital I was a patient care tech. My job there was to take care of patients and make sure they were comfortable and had a good experience for being in the hospital. Also assisting the nurses in their duties, I took patients vitals, and did finger sticks (diabetics) assisted patients with their meals.
