Daily / weekly and monthly HSE reports.

Daily Manpower compile data for weekly and monthly reports

Ensure all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety & Environment

(HSE) are complied with.

Ensure all safety precautions are completed and checked prior to a work activity commencing

Ensure all permits are available for works on site and all safety precautions are taken.

Ensuring Personal Protective Equipment is always available with adequate stocks maintained

Ensuring all personnel are wearing personal protective equipment as per regulations

Training of work force on safety practices.

Minutes of meeting preparation and specific meeting preparation like kick off meeting (etc.).

Monitoring safety complaints and following up with site team for close out.

Prompt reporting off all near misses, incidents, accidents on site and investigations/Assistance during investigation.

Carry out daily safety observation.

Action taken/close out of all receive external report and submission.

Ensure the proper use of all personal protective equipment by everyone as required.

Ensure that every one follows safety procedure for specific jobs and to create safe working environment.

Conduct safety induction training for new comers.

Conduct Tool Box Meeting, Hole Watch, and arrange firefighting training.

Investigate the Accident, Prepare the findings and recommend the necessary steps to uproot the cause of accident to avoid the recurrence in future.
