• Responsible for supervision and Testing activates according to specifications during execution of project.

• Responsible for keeping up to date measuring equipment calibration list.

• Responsible for fallows instructions from Quality control head / project manager.

• Responsible for implementation of the company quality management system with Coordination of Head QHSE.

• To assist the Site Supervisor & coordinate with the supervisor’s activities, carry out & implement the QA/QC program, arrange & conduct meeting under the Site Manager direction.

• To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC program, Project specification. When defective materials, equipment, or workmanship are found, immediate action to be taken to correct them, & to report the corrective action to the Site Supervisor.

• To conduct all required tests in accordance with contract documents and to prepare fill in & sign all reports & forms as necessary for the compliance with Contract Quality Standards.

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the asphalt / concrete / soil and lab and field tests as required.

• Preparing the QA/QC log sheets for the project. (If there is not ready before).

• Supervising & testing with work force in executing job to completion on time as per work plan

& with safety precautions/procedures.

Professional & Detail of Field / Lab responsibilities: 23 Years’ Experience to supervised, inspection & testing construction material in infrastructure work such as, High ways, buildings, Interchanges Flyover & concrete bathing plant from Pakistan & Saudi Arabia KSA.

Performing field and laboratory tests of Asphalt, Concrete, Soil, Aggregate and other construction materials as per relevant international standards codes such as AASHTO, ASTM, and ACI & MS2 method.

Asphalt cement): Job mix formula (JMF), Asphalt sampling and testing, Softening Point of Asphalt in Ethylene Glycol (Ring-and-Ball) Penetration test. Flash and Fire Points by Cleveland Open Cup. Sampling of Bituminous Materials and Testing Emulsified Asphalt. Penetration of Asphalt Materiel. Hot mix Asphalt trial) Calibration of asphalt batching plant, Extraction of asphalt test. Marshal mold, Maximum specific gravity of bitumen paving mix. Compressive Strength of Bituminous Mixtures .Specific Gravity of Semisolid Asphalt Materials. Bulk Specific Gravity of Compacted Bituminous Mixtures.

Physical testing of aggregate): According to ACI method. Sieve Analysis of Fine and Coarse Aggregates, Soundness of Aggregate by Use of Sodium Sulfate or Magnesium Sulfate, Plastic Fines in Graded Aggregates and Soils by Use of the Sand Equivalent Test, Clay lumps and friable particles, Flakiness and elongates test, Plastic index of fine material, Stripping value test, Los Angeles abrasion test, Specific Gravity and Absorption of Fine Aggregate& course aggregate.

Concrete): Check the calibration of concrete batching plant, Mix design of concrete, collect Page 2 of 4 Sample of freshly mix concrete for air content, unit weight, temperature, slump & strength Check the temperature of water curing tank. Concrete, mortar, and grout sampling and testing.

Soil): Soil identification & Soil classification test, Determination of max, Dry density of soil, California bearing ratio (CBR) test, Compaction test of soil in-place by the sand cone method

(FDT) & Relative Density of Cohesion less Soils,

Aggregate .Base course: sieve analysis, blending, classification, proctor and CBR.
