Introduction:

As a successful and passionate Assisted Living/Memory Care Administrator for more than fifteen years. I am a strong leader with a humble character. I will admit when I am wrong and take criticism as an opportunity for growth. This is an Assisted Living/Memory Care community and is family owned. It is a facility with 45 units, private and shared studio apartments. When I arrived, the building had no budget, no sales/marketing plan, an untrained staff, mediocre dining, and significant census challenges. I created and maintained the first ever budgets, census development

plan, implemented training, policies and procedures and dramatically improved the resident’s experience. Census increased by more than 80% and remained stable. The facility achieved profitability, which I maintained for over five years. I created an attractive, caring community that resulted in customer satisfaction with many family referrals. Developed and adhered to financial, marketing plans, prepared operational reports, expense management growth targets. Built strong employee, resident and community relations, developing strong local contacts with physicians, discharge planners, and community leaders.
