Duties & responsibilities;

Project Site Implementation and Execution.

Prepare all Mechanical Discipline Schedule as per Construction Schedule.

Arrange and prepare for Manpower mobilization, tools and equipment.

Review and estimate the Materials Quantity Take-off compare base B.O.Q and Tender Drawing Plan.

Prepare and arrange all Document Submittal like: (Pre- Qualification Company Profile, Materials Catalogs, Sample Materials and Devices) as stated in the Materials Specification and submit to the Consultant for approval.

Assisting AutoCAD Operator for preparing Shop Drawing for all Mechanical Discipline and submit to the Consultant for Approval.

Coordinate with our Sub-Contractor to prepare and submit the Company Profile for Pre-qualification including their Supplier for the Materials and Equipment.

Logged and monitoring of all Shop Drawing, Materials Inspection Report (MIR), Report for Inspection (RFI), Request for Clarification

(RFC). Materials Delivery Report.

Coordinate and assisting Q.A/Q.C for the Inspection of Materials Delivery on Site for the inspection of the Mechanical Consultant.

Ensure that the installation, inspection and testing commissioning of all the mechanical equipment, fittings and work implemented on Site and meets the specification and the consultant requirements

Responsible to review and check the Subcontractor work execution as per the Contract amount and Billings.

Submit to the Project Manager for review and check and send it to the Operation Manager for signing and issuing a payment.

Ensure the work is executed according to contract specifications, approved design drawings, agreed procedures and method of statement

Monitor materials on Site and prepare materials request order submits to the procurement.

Attend monthly and weekly Technical and Coordination meeting together with the sub-contractor to discuss some other pending works and progress accomplishment work on the Site.

Complete responsibility to decide on day-to-day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates including: scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals, accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with operational issues and problems.

Coordinate with other project personnel to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements is met.

Conduct weekly meeting to all my engineers/manpower and discuss about the work and safety measure in the Site also, give them some advice and ideas on how their work to make it prompt and effortless for the project.

Estimate quantity take-off, if any changes in the Tender Drawing prepare Change Order and submit to the Consultant for their Approval.

Prepare daily activity report on Site, submit to the Project Manager for their references, and file.

Prepare Monthly percentage accomplishment Billing of Sub- Contractor as per their actual system installation and submit to my Project Manager for review and approval.

Assisting AutoCAD Operator for preparation of Coordination Drawing for all Mechanical Disciplines

Coordinate to Auto cad operator regarding the as built- plan drawing as per actual all Mechanical Discipline system installation.

Check and verify the accuracy of shop drawings and their compliance to the specification, consultant’s design and existing local authority standard.

Coordinates with MODA Mechanical Consultant and Architect Consultant for any changes in the Tender Drawing and prepare Shop Drawing for their approval.

Prepare and arrange all the necessary submittal documents for Final turnover of the Project and submit to the Consultant for their final approval and acceptance.
