Experience

Mold Maintenance Technician

Assist with removing mold and auxiliary equipment from press and returns equipment to proper location.

Sets next mold, locates and fastens on press, adjusts by shimming, sets ejections, sets pins, sets and adjusts to prescribed pressures, stroke, and temperatures, changing piping as required.

Acknowledge and correct molding difficulties.

Report to supervisor of all problems and difficulties with molding process.

Perform additional job duties not outlined but within the scope of the job activities as directed.

Must possess process troubleshooting skills to respond to and drive performance.

Complete scheduled maintenance activities (PMs, rebuilds, etc.)

Complete unscheduled maintenance repairs as instructed.

Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled repairs on conveyors, injection molding machines, thermoforming machines, extruders, print machines, labelers, air compressors, loading equipment, and various other machines.

Inspects equipment and diagnoses trouble or malfunctions.

Warehouse Associate

Setup art displays and breakdown auction items on auction days

Create marketing material for distribution

Assist with admin such as inventory and paperwork

Conduct inspection of support equipment for proper working order

Conduct pre-sale walk to ensure vehicles are in assigned lane as scheduled

Identify and address missing vehicles, overflow areas, inoperable vehicles and other issues

Maintain the run list indicating vehicles with no keys, late vehicle entries, and/or late number changes

Respond to customer and dealer inquiries and concerns

Coordinate and direct vehicle movement to maintain continuous flow of traffic to the block

Oversee parking sold vehicles and re-parking non-sold vehicles

Report theft, lot damage, or any safety concerns to management
