Management for the serving staff for all shifts. Along with the manager of social media promotion posts, for the big events lined up for both stages, indoor and outdoor. While catering to the local big named bands we kept in the mix with all of the out-of-town and varieties of bands brought in to boost revenue sales by over 60+% each weekend. Advertising the dates times, drink specials, along with food specials for the area to see was in the capacity of my Social Media Manager duties. Along with helping staff set up and maintain their "personalities" the public knew. The floor manager always stayed on the floor during the busiest shifts, and not only maintained the section she had but also had to respond to any wayward, albeit rare customer issues, or staff questions, needs, or financial ok' s on checks for all sorts of different types of requests. Making all schedules for the crew ensuring the correct personalities were working with compatible others was a weekly puzzle that was explored and raised morale for whole staff from the change in shifts with incompatible team members, all team members had their cash outs at the end of each shift to turn in showing the impressive sales each always managed to bring in, with great tip out percentages paid by all servers, even the bus crew and bar crew (oyster shucker) hourly rates stayed high enough to make our restaurant and bar a sought after place to not only be, but also to be employed by. Keeping the website updated daily, sometimes even hourly on our 2 decks food/drinks specials, we had on weekends with specialty bands was always on point on our main website, and our website was kept constantly up with the itinerary, menus, availability of certain dishes, and all restaurant happenings. customers and locals liked to stay in the circle even when not able to be there in person, so watching the site became an entertaining event, with live staff updates, and real time cameras doing live feeds to site. Planning the website was never meant to become such a huge part of the business, as it became, yet with each new epiphany, more traffic was brought in to both website and the physical location...with band nights bringing in almost 25% more revenue each night!

Training serving staff for a prominent cafe, located directly across from beach boardwalk at Blue Mountain Beach. Leading by example, while also maintaining my regular lunch crowd with exemplary service six days a week, with only one night weekly opening for dinner crowds, for which I would change roles in order to keep the busiest shift if the week we'll oiled as a machine by assisting the floor servers, and expedition of all gourmet Mediterranean dishes our chef had created for the evening.
