Role of anti-diabetic drugs, Metformin and Glibenclamide on glucose and cholesterol

level during Type 2 Diabetes and induced by Streptozotocin-Nicotinamide in Albino

Mice.

Details:

The study is aimed To induce diabetes using Streptozotocin and nicotinamide and

check the cholesterol content and to analyze anti-diabetic activity of Metformin,

Glimepiride and Euglucon. Successfully found out that the Indications of Diabetes,

after administration of anti-diabetic drugs as well as near curing of it by

Glibenclamide (Euglucon) was into a better approach towards a programmable

study of NIDDM.
