Current Work profile & Current Recruiter: -

Presently Working with M/s Veetech valves Pvt Ltd,Tarihal Industrial Area.Tarihal.Hubli. Karnataka. as Manager (Materials,/ SCM,Exports) from March- 2021.Company manufacturers of Industrial Vales for Oil and Refinery plant and for new Projects as per Customer design.Compony is unit of BTM Group,Hubli .Karnataka.

Key Responsibility:-

MATERIALS PLANNING-

Preparing materials requirement plan as per production floor needs. Tracking and maintain inventory level in stores for all items required in plant. Generating purchase orders as when inventory level reaches reorder levels as per lead time. Efficiently managing the inventory lavels.Preperation of cash flow details & sending the details management to plan accordingly.

SOURCING /PROCUREMENT.

Handling sourcing through identification of cost effective suppliers with an aim of improving quality & reliability .Budgeting funds for procurement and sourcing of material ensuring optimization utilization of material & maximum cost saving. Developing new vendor and negotiable with cost.Preperation of PO and follow up with material,Lookng after import consignment with handling of customs clearance.

LOGISTICS.

Supervising logistic operations viz,Sea,Fright,& Inland transportation up-to factory warehousing .Coordinating with Customs Hose agents,C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearance and cost effective transact solutions. Negotiating with transporters, shippers. Etc. to ensure seamless and cost effective movement of consignments.

DISPATCHES (DOMESTICS & EXPORT).

As per dispatched schedule details from marketing Dept arrange the related documents like commercial invoice,& other related documents

For Export consignments arrange to prepare the export invoices, commercial invoice & other related export Clarence documents.

Independently handling the Export & Import Clearings with co-ordination with nominated CHA.

After dispatch intimation to customer about the dispatch details..

Arrangement of Logistics for Out ward consignment up to Customer end with negotiable with transporter.

2) Worked with Tatanagar Metal industry .Dharwad, Karnataka. As DY Manager (Stores, Supply chain management, excise & EXIM dept) from July- 2010 to March-2012

( 2 Years) .Manufacturer Buckets & counterweight for Earth Moving equipments

3) Worked with M/s Miven Mayfran Conveyors P ltd .Hubli, Karnataka. As Dy Manager ( Supply chain management, excise & EXIM dept) from April- 2012 .to june-2013 (1 Year) Karnataka. Manufactures of Centralized cooling units for machine tool industries.

4)Worked with Chemicals and Ferro Alloys Pvt Ltd(Tritech india ) Formerly known as Uni Deritend Limited.Belur Industrial Area.Dharwad as Manager –Materials/ SCM Since july 2013 to February-2021(8 years).Manufacturer of Investment casting of Aluminum and steel for Airbus Industry.
