Present Working Assignment: From 1th June 2018 to till date

Now, I am working with M/s. AMG Infra Ltd. As a Manager- Purchase & Store and posting at NHIDCL Road Project (NH-510) Tarku to Rabangla Road Project, South Sikkim

My area of jobs, duties and responsibilities are:

a) Coordinating Purchase functions like liaison with numerous suppliers and Head office. And also develop new Vendor.

b) Comparison statement of Quotation and finalization of purchase materials as per specifications.

c)Maintaining the day to day material stock position in central stores and submission of periodical reports on stock.

d)Maintaining the consumable stock and non-consumable stock position.

e) Preparation and maintaining Daily Progress Report as well as consumption Report of Raw Materials, Cement & Steel.

f) Full liaison work done successfully like Mining, Pollution Board, Forest Department, and Meteorological Department etc.

g) Preparation & maintaining daily Cash Flow Statement & Supplier Ledger.

h) Submission of periodical reports on Critical Balance Bought out materials to Top Management.

Previous Experience:

From 17th August, 2007 to 15th May, 2018 worked with M/s.
