Core Responsibilities;

Achievement of periodic liabilities and asset sales target for bank and branch steady growth.

Daily checking of all transactions (vouchers, AOF’s, cash, reports & registers etc) to ensure conformity with Banks Operational Policies and Procedures.

Maintaining service standards and TAT to provide best possible service to customers.

Maintaining the trade and credits portfolio of 2 Billion

Maintaining good long-term relationship with customers for retention, repeat business and referrals.

Implement & monitor customer services delivery standards. Maintain proper upkeep of Branch to provide comfortable atmosphere to customer and staff through resolving their complaints and implements remedial measures.

Implement effective control and assess the branch to get best audit report/rating internally and SBP Audit. Review timely and proper rectification of audit objections and non-repetition of the same. Examines effective implementation of controls to nullify any possibility of frauds, forgeries and operational losses.
