DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning all areas in accordance with established Standard Operational Standards (SOPs) to achieve set Minimum Standards.

• Have a thorough knowledge of cleaning operations and perform all assigned cleaning duties to the satisfaction of the supervisor.

• Have a thorough knowledge of the casino and hotel layout to ensure that guest queries can be answered or referred promptly.

• Adhering to all security and maintenance procedures and practices including reporting any unusual or suspicious incidents, hazards or people, complaints and missing or damaged items in a timely and accurate manner.

• Communicating with fellow team members and other related departments to proactively service guests in the event of any emergency.

• Adhere to all established health and safety requirements to ensure the safety of our staff and patrons.

• Acting also as part of the CoD ambassador team while working in the public area.
