I work taking calls from customers verifying orders for products ordered, verify customer customer credit card payments which may or may not have processed. I update credit card information to get orders processed and verify billing and shipping information.

Trained in the fraud department to detect unauthorized use of client’s account. I developed the ability to distinguish between the cardholder and fraudulent user through security information available to advisors. I had the authority to suspend account usage to protect accounts for the bank and the clients. If activity was fraudulent, I had the authority to terminate accounts and remove activity that did not belong to the cardholder.
I worked in the customer service credit card division for 3 years assisting clients with payments, balance transfers, expense identification, cancelling and issuing new cards when necessary.
I also worked in the treasury department. I worked with government accounts which were regulated by government agencies which encompassed 37 states in the US. In this position I was able to utilize my fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
