Working on the re-building, Service, maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic systems of Caterpillar and Atlas-Copco machine has follows: Dump truck 725,730 and 740; Loader 962, 950, 966, 980G Series and Caterpillar Excavators 345B, 365,374, Dozer D8N, D6 and Drill Rig (Roc D7)

Position: Heavy Equipment Repair Mechanic (13 July 2017- To date)

Responsibilities:

Removing, Installation, resealing of the transmission, draw box, steering and hoist pump

Run a routine service and maintains on all machine every after a 250-2000 working hours

Resealing of all cylinders, suspension, steering and hoist cylinders

Engine reconditioning on Cat engines has follows 3126, 3176, C7, C15 (replacement of cylinder head, valve adjustment, injectors testing, fan pump replacement, removal of starter motor etc.)

Disassemble and assemble of Engines, transmission and the final drive

Disassemble and resealing of the park brake assemble on the ADT 725,730,740

Hose assemble and fitting
