Job Profile : At initial phase Modifications, Fabrication & Maintenance work done. Working in mixing department, planning of mixing schedule according to work order and execute it. Observe production and controlling the mixer sequence from SCADA(Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition) & RMS programing & control inventory of raw material. Maintain daily and monthly production and raw material report.

Responsibility : Responsibility of Ban-bury Mixer Machine (With SCADA), Weighing system (with RMS system), Dumping Mill, Batch off unit, and Rio (QA/QC laboratory).

In Sheeting Line Extruder and calendar with IR (Infrared & Air Heating Oven) temperature control.

Raw material inventory and consumption report.

Make SOP, Flow chart, report formats etc.

In SCADA program set the sequence of Ban-bury mixer, Planning the production, report.

RMS system, set the small chemical weight, planning number of batches, reports, calibration of load cell etc..

Setting daily/weekly/monthly objective and communicating with employees.

Responsibility for preparing the production schedule for the production and execute it.

Knowledge of Linear applying.

Proper utilization of Man power & Machinery. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Analysis & Find out Root Cause of Break down Time with corrective action.

Achieving production targets with quality & reporting time to time of daily activities to senior.
