Formulated policies, strategies, objectives, and plans according to U.S.A.C.E. outlines and implemented risk management and reliability engineering principles across all business lines, including Flood Risk Management, Hydropower, and Recreation/Environmental.

Administered $6B worth of Assets encompassing 12 reservoirs, 7 Hydropower plants, 138 parks, and 308 miles of Navigation waterway with 13 locks and dams.

Revised and wrote District Asset Program Management Plan annually and organized work orders data with summary reports for senior management.

Facilitated with operational implementation, guidance, counseling assistance, and inventory maintenance to drive process improvement initiatives for asset management of facilities, structures, and projects.

Supervised entire facility having budget of $20M, covering 40 miles of Inner and Outer Harbor, Dissolved Oxygen (D.O.) production and river diffusing systems, channel training structures, 13 miles of bank line hardening, dredged material containment areas, Ocean Dredge Material Disposal Site (O.D.M.D.S.), and 5 control structures. Directed training for Plant Operators, obtained approval to operate from C.I.C.S.C.X., and conducted contract oversight and surveying.

Performed comprehensive study on program performance to identify and fulfill required changes, new equipment needs, modifications, construction, and major rehabilitation of major project elements.

Oversaw procurement of Building and Plant communication systems for 2 new Facilities worth over $40M each and worked to develop new communication methods resulting in Fire, Security, and Operations Remote monitoring.

Prepared and submitted specifications to Contracting Division $2.2M building demo, hazmat abatement, and building replacement using P.R.I.P. funding for all allowed costs.

Facility Operations Specialist/Engineering Team Lead

Delivered facilities and engineering assistance to approx. 1000 installation staff and tenants residing in over 500K square feet of A.H.S. facilities.
