I am a high school senior who expects to learn from the mistakes I will make and get better at what I am learning. I have learned patience and respect for people, no matter the difference in opinion, race, gender, etc. I am open-minded and determined to learn something new, and apply it to what I need to.

Summary

1. I have kept a good GPA all throughout school and have shown leadership and grit throughout all my experiences in school and out of school. Covid-19 really affected my school grades in 11th grade because of the stress of the virus affecting every aspect of our lives, starting with health. We could not see our family as much and financially we were struggling as well. This has impacted me in a positive way in the long-run, because I got back up from where I had fallen, and now I have 3 AP classes, and I can already feel that my grades will increase this year, and that this year will help me improve my work skills, and help me be even more responsible and independent. Leadership

I am the oldest of 5 children, and I can proudly say I have lived long enough for my mom to trust me to take good care for my siblings, which shows that I have quite some experience leading. I don't go based on what I feel is right at the moment, I go based on what is just undeniably correct, no matter what. Which means that sometimes I may seem to harsh, but I just do what is correct for that situation, not letting my emotions consume me.
