Analysis of Automotive Bumper Behaviour using Machine Learning (B.Tech Thesis) [Dec 2020-May 2021] OverView

● Designed an automotive bumper using Solidworks made up of composite materials like GFRP.

● Analysed the bumper model and developed Time-Domain Signal using ANSYS.

● Developed a machine learning model for monitoring of bumper Achievements ● We were able to classify the defective bumper from the Non Defective one with an overall accuracy of 75%. Utilization of Unused Energy using Speed Breaker (Major Project) [Sept 2019-Dec 2019] OverView

● We have designed one mechanism from which we can extract energy from the speed breaker.

● We have used rack and pinion or chain and sprocket gear and some other components like springs .

● The Manufacturing and Assembly process was halted due to Covid. Achievements ● Energy is extracted by the mechanism Flow control valve redesigning in rapid manufacturing technologies VIT [Feb 2019] OverView

● We have to choose the previous existing component and redesign that with some effective changes in it in terms of cost, working, and weight .

● Component chosen was flow control valve and manufacturing technique was 3D Printing which was not done due to Covid.

Achievements ● We have reduced the parts and cost of the component. ACHIEVEMENTS

● Undergoing research in materials i.e reinforced polymer in which fly ash, CNT and coir fibre is added as reinforcement and determination on SN curves.

● Certificate for Completion of Java and c++ Training Provided By SpoKen Tutorial IIT Bombay.
