Job Profile:

• Inspection of incoming raw materials like different chemicals. And packaging material.

• Review Lab Testing Data and Provide disposition status of RM & PM on time.

• Responsible to maintain reference sample of RM, PM, FG

• Involve R & D Work, sample preparation& testing.

• Prepare Tender Sample & Sending for Approval.

• Handling inspection of other parties.

• CO-Ordinate testing of sample through Public Testing Lab.

• Involve in Production activities in batch manufacturing.

• To Coordinate shift Operation activity in QC Lab

• Inspection of in-process samples, finished products, and dispatched materials.

• Preparation Quality Plan for All Product.

• Making, Review and Revision of applicable SOP’s, RM, PM, FP Specification.

• Customer complaint Investigation, and preparation of CAPA, And Prepare Customer complaint data in DMAIC format.

• Responsible for review and maintenance and Preparation of Volumetric solution and reagent

/indicators used during analysis in laboratory. & standardization of solution

• Participating in root cause analysis investigations, Tracking, Follow-up, and Reporting.

• Making Daily /Weekly/Monthly Report of Quality for MRM & SRM.

• Ensure timely closure of QC related Investigation, CAPA,deviation.

• Procurement of LAB supplies, inventory service form approved Vender.

• Maintain instrument calibration record Maintaining all labs Documents.

• Ensure safe working practice are followed in lab as per EHS guideline.

• Involve in Making GRA, JSA.
