Key responsibilities

Managing the opening and closing of stations, Minimum Operation Requirements compliance inspections, ensure staff availability, local co-ordination of all station activities including Customer Service, Facilities Management, Security and maintenance activities during engineering hours

Transport Integration: managing operational interfaces with other transport providers at local levels

Proactively manage and monitor the station equipment (using SCADA & BACS), including station building services, station access control and security, ensuring that the stations remain safe and that all faults are immediately reacted to

Monitoring of alarms (SCADA) and response in accordance with the Rulebook and associated SOP’s

Reporting Fault and incident reporting, using RKH systems and processes Crowd control, emergency evacuation and manual operations, such as platform screen doors, train doors, switches and crossings, in case of equipment degradation.
