Credentialed trainers are required to work/monitor all work queue's in iCare (Epic) to identify trends of low productivity or inaccurate processes for all team members. This monitoring will assist in identifying team members who would be required to go through refresher training. Understands and analyzes operations reports processes and volume flow to identify monitor and develop process improvement plans as identified. Provides one-one and group classroom training as necessary when incorrect processes are being followed.

• Acts as a liaison between departments across RHS; providing consistent and detailed information on issues and trends. Responsible for conducting twice monthly at a minimum onsite visits to all locations under each Trainer/Analyst's department of specialty (Call Center, Access, HIM, CBO, Revenue Integrity).

• Develops and provides classroom training to all persons throughout the Health System who require iCare training of any Revenue Cycle courses; which will include all departments, for Acute, RMG, and LLH Divisions, clinical and non-clinical team members.

• Develops and maintains training materials, computer based learning modules, webinars, and reference guides, consistent with Revenue Cycle and iCare policies.

• Build and maintain the master schedule of all classes offered. Manage all classes in the NetLearning Computer Based Learning system to include: building classes with dates/times/locations, assigning appropriate classes and CBL's to each team member as required, monitoring each team member for completion of CBL's prior to class attendance, logging in their attendance. Will ensure all training meets/exceeds the expectations of the DNV Organization.

• Also work closely with all Credentialed Trainers throughout Revenue Cycle to coordinate training dates/times and ongoing maintenance of training materials. Will measure the competence/effectiveness of all Revenue Cycle Credentialed trainers.

• Will assist with the scheduling, enrollment, and proctoring of specialty Revenue Cycle specific certification exams, to include but not limited to, the NAHAM CHAA (Certified Healthcare Access Associate) and the CHAM (Certified Healthcare Access Management)
