This position requires someone with strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills to go along with extensive warehousing experience. There will be constant monitoring of warehouse processes to ensure material is flowing fluently and meeting delivery requirements to internal and external customers. Supports inventory control processes, warehouse organization, and cycle counts. This person will play a strategic role in the MRB process which includes but is not limited to tracking material dispositions and becoming a liaison between inventory control, quality, and the procurement department to maintain visibility on RMA material through its life cycle. That life cycle includes destruction and disposal. This person will also assist in maintaining special inventory such as shelf life, hazmat, and charge controlled items. This position will need to have a strong floor presence to assist management in guiding peer activities, assist with training, and execute stretch projects when necessary. General warehouse duties, upkeep, and improvement participation is expected. Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items. Lifts heavy items and may operate a fork lift. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment. Examines, stocks, and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines. May prepare kitting packages for assembly production. Duties, Accomplishments and Related Skills

Primary internal customer representative designated to provide assistance relating to material management. Works as logistics liaison for lifecycle management of material from acquisition through disposition utilizing database functionality and historical information. Reviews and verifies information on work authorizations to ensure that customer orders are processed, manufactured and shipped in accordance with customer shipping schedules meeting inventory accuracy and timeline objectives. Collaborates with internal departments to expedite processing.
