NATURE OF JOB:

Knowledge of fundamental definitions and concepts of land surveyor which includes instruments used in surveyor and principles of surveying.

Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey.

Knowledge for land surveyor instrument like that Theodolities, Auto level, Plane table, Prismatic compass, Total Station.

Well acquainted with leveling instruments and their terms and abbreviation related to its knowledge of booking and reducing levels through both the methods H.I method and rise and all fall method also their arithmetic check, calculation of circular curves by to Theodolite method and chain method is also know.

Map preparation, lay out of map calculation of area is well practiced by both conventional method as well as TOTAL STATION method.

Complete knowledge (their application) of Theodolite.

Complete concept of TOTAL STATION (function and application) is clear which includes all works related to angel measurement, co-ordinate measurement and distance measurement also stake out, REM, MLM area calculation.

Knowledge of Stake out points of Foundation, Footings, columns, Retaining wall, Roof Slab, Trenches etc.

Knowledge of Leveling of Earth works.

Layout of Concrete block wall, Electricals and Plumbing utilities points etc.

Knowledge of underground services works Like Drainage, Sewage, Storm water, Fire Fighting, Portable water Line etc.

Knowledge of Anchor Bolt Setting.

Knowledge to prepare ASBUILT of completed works.

Knowledge of Pipeline Work
