Scrutiny the material requisitions & assess the technical specifications to identify suitable suppliers based on the nature of products / spares parts

Preparation & floating of Request for quotation (RFQ) to the supplier based on technical specifications.

Receives minimum three commercial offers along with technical details & ensure the offer is as per our requirements. Perform pricing analysis, negotiation and proceed with QCS & seek management approvals.
