Key Deliverables –

To Ensure all activity's as per ISO/IATF standards & procedures in QMS / Production Analyst lineups, following with procedures of various types like Cold weather testing, Load testing as per EN 74, Beam structures, Ce Marking procedures for HT Mesh Type Furnace, Uniformative testing,Traceability to batch code to streamline functioning. Ensure rejected material is separated with the acceptable material and such rejected material sending back to suppliers. Ensure inspection of all incoming material and take corrective and preventive action wherever required. Follow up with suppliers for CAPA. Implement changes as requested and agreed with customer / external auditors. Perform the root cause analysis of any problem in the product / process and take corrective action. Ensure all measuring tools / marking tools /jigs / fixtures are calibrated and in usable condition. Ensure calibration of required instruments and testing of incoming material as per schedule. Identify training needs in QA department employees and bridge the gap. Organize training for associates related to product quality. Interaction with customer for any issue and provide CAPA/8D as per customer requirement. Ensure Preparation of QA related PPAP documents and do PPAP of suppliers as well as supplier audits as per schedule. Ensure all line rejection are decided and dispose of one day to day basis. Ensure all out going lots should accompany PDI reports. Ensure Development sample are inspected in time and report submitted for decision to PDD. Monitor supplier quality performance and share the same with supplier for improvement. Conduct internal audit as per IMS schedule. Ensure set up approvals and implementation of SPC/SQC measurement techniques at shop floor. Ensure proper storage and handling of all instruments and gauges. Provide all limit samples to suppliers, in house and for job workers. Coordinate all customer visits and implement action points as per MOM. Improve Visuals in factory.
