Introduction:

I am literate of a Master degree in management (MBA in organizational management-UQAC-Canada); several jobs through the years sharpened my skills.

I was Assistant to the General Manager for Business Development, Relations with pharmaceutical companies creating Medical Brochures for patients, production of Medical Content required by pharmaceutical companies and management of events with specialized Doctors and Professors and International lecturers. I was responsible as well for the operations, sales and Business development for GCC, Arab countries and Lebanon, CRM management system, Business development operations, Human Resources Management;

I have worked as a Sales manager and previously Senior Product Specialist for a pharmaceutical company; I was responsible for Stem Cells storage at a Bio Bank in UK; I have negotiated contracts with clients, I have developed great experience within the scientific and research, cases studies and treatment with Stem cells therapy.

I have also worked in a hospital for eleven years; This experience have helped me to gain a great deal in the field of management as Director of nursing, human resources and training supervisor of Staff as well as quality management director, applying the standards and creating all the hospital committees, managing the committees and coordinating with all the hospital Departments.

In the quality management, I had a training for ten months with the Australian OPCV team (Overseas project Corporation of Victoria) supervised by Dr Gareth Goodier, learning the concepts and rules in quality management.

Since that time, I became a control officer and the coordinator of the committees and the occupational health and safety officer at the same time.

I was also responsible for the medical record committee; I supervised directly the medical record and archiving department.

I have worked 6 years in the management and have prepared for three successful accreditation of hospitals (ISO) surveyed by the Lebanese ministry of health. These three accreditations were very successful and brought better image and improved the quality within the hospital.

I’ve worked also in the operating theatre for five years; I was responsible for the orthopedic room surgery and also different types of surgery within the department.

Finally I worked in an insurance company, Med Net (GlobeMed), for three years, I learned quality assessment; I was responsible for the operations in the claims center department and medical cases study for approval.
