Customer: Hyundai Motors India Ltd.

HSI is Tier 1 vendor for Hyundai and we are supplying the products of Weather strips, Low pressure hose, High pressure hose & Brake hoses for all current running car models.

Duties:

●Production planning based on daily, weekly and monthly delivery requirement plan.

●Solving the problem in production line with the use of daily, weekly and monthly production PDCA

●Trouble shooting and guiding the operators.

●Proper utilization of man power & assign the work load to operators and achieving the daily production targets.

●Daily review meeting with co-departments.

●Monitoring of hourly production vs hourly production plan.

●Coordinating with Team Leaders during Customer Audits/Quality Audits.

●Coordinate with workers &ensure the proper housekeeping.

●Continuously working towards Quality & Productivity improvement through Kaizen activities.

●Reducing the in house and customer end rejection by the adoption TPM Methodology.

●Optimizing the existing process and improves the productivity.

●Maintain the discipline according to the Safety rules.

●Supplier base management

●Continuously working towards Quality & Productivity improvement through Kaizen activities.

●Regular Interaction with Design Dept. for any design change/improvement

●Reporting efficiency issues on daily review meeting with CFT department and find the methods for improving right time delivery.

●Plan work organization of employees, identify work schedules, and manage attendance and leaves.

●Leading the team consists of 50 man-powers.

●Manage the Inbound Team to receive FG material from our internal sub-units for different parts and store in the work place.

●Coordinating with CFT for the timely delivery of FG into the warehouse.

●Maintain and implement Minimum & maximum stock levels of products.

●Ensure the FIFO.

●Monitoring the daily receipt plan from warehouse to production sub-units.

●Identifying and quickly resolving any stock discrepancies that may occur.

●Production return, Customer return will have track and it is systemized.

●Conduct stock taking for every month; match the physical and system (ERP) stock.
