Key Responsibilities:
Creating and frequently updating a contact database for the Social and Political Pillars Implementers.
Assisting in the formulation of documents relevant to the Social and Political Pillars such as the Fact Sheets, Scorecard and Milestones brochures.
Updating the Directorate’s progress reports from the various MDAs falling under the Social and Political Pillars.
Liaising with various stakeholders to ensure follow through with Development Partners in the private and public sector.
Review quarterly and annual reports received from Implementers and provide feedback.
Support the technical surveys by administering questionnaires to inform the Secretariat’s work.
Assisting the Director during the external meetings and events by preparing slides and presentations that have helped create awareness of the mandate of Vision 2030.
Compiling evidence for the directorate as part of the requirements of the performance contract.
Liaising with the various stakeholders to ensure meetings are scheduled accordingly. Key Achievements:
1. Collaboratively prepared drafts, edited and validated the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) One and Two, financial year 2018- 201 progress reports that will inform the progress of the implementation of flagship projects towards achieving Vision 2030. 2. Successfully registered implementers and participants and ensured successful administration of merchandise including t -shirts and caps and branding of the event for visibility of the company. 3. Compiled evidence for the Financial Years 2018-2021 Annual Performance Contract evaluation as well as the ISO Audit. 4. Worked with the State Department for Youth Affairs to create a forum encouraging youth to take advantage of existing opportunities. Successfully undertook four Kikao forums with youth in Kilifi, Narok, Marsabit and Embu Counties. 5. Supported the development of concept notes, objectives and roadmaps for Knowledge Sharing Workshops for Ministries, Departments and Agencies implementing Vision 2030 flagship projects. 6. Convened several knowledge sharing workshops including coordination of event logistics and documentation. 7.
