• Direct management of finance, operations, manufacturing, engineering, regulatory affairs, sales, marketing and strategic planning.

• Directly responsible for the hiring of all sales, marketing and clinical support personnel.

• Have been able to maintain gross profit of approximately 80% on a yearly basis.

• Have been involved in fund raising (approximately $5 million) since inception of this therapeutic medical device company that plays in a $5 billion plus marketplace,

• Work closely with investment banking pertaining to Phase 2 financing. Wrote Private Placement Memorandum/Executive Summary to be used for above-mentioned financing, potential merger/ acquisition or sale of company.

• Work closely with various legal counsels pertaining to patent law, securities law and general business law.

• Direct involvement in increasing international sales in the EU, Middle East and Asian marketplaces.

• Worked with the CEO and Chairman of Invivo Corporation on the identification, due diligence and funding for the potential acquisition of four different medical device companies.

• Co-led team with the CEO and Chairman of Invivo Corporation to acquire Medical Data Electronics

(MDE) in 2003, including initial targeting, business analysis and due diligence process.

• Managed COO of MDE and led assessment and integration of the two companies' technical systems, processes and structures.

• Merged engineering departments and re-branded products into a single line, leveraging both the Invivo name and the reputation of key products and increasing MDE product revenue 50% on annualized basis.

• Integrated and restructured the Sales and Marketing functions of the combined organizations, resulting in greater synergy, new account opportunities and revenue streams, while lowering headcount expenses.

• Strengthened product line through incoming OEM/custom manufactured products including PerkinElmer agent bench, GE/Danica central station and Zoe low-end portable monitor.

• Interfaced with Board of Directors and represented Company with Wall Street analysts, in quarterly earning conference calls and in development of press releases.

• Managed out-going OEM sales of customized products to large MRI scanner manufacturers such as GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba and Hitachi. • Produced approximately twenty-four consecutive quarters of top-line revenue, gross profit and pre- tax earnings that exceeded plan and QTD/YTD historical comparisons.
