• Worked with the CEO and Chairman of Invivo Corporation on the identification, due diligence and funding for the potential acquisition of four different medical device companies.
• Co-led team with the CEO and Chairman of Invivo Corporation to acquire Medical Data Electronics
(MDE) in 2003, including initial targeting, business analysis and due diligence process.
• Managed COO of MDE and led assessment and integration of the two companies' technical systems, processes and structures.
• Merged engineering departments and re-branded products into a single line, leveraging both the Invivo name and the reputation of key products and increasing MDE product revenue 50% on annualized basis.
• Integrated and restructured the Sales and Marketing functions of the combined organizations, resulting in greater synergy, new account opportunities and revenue streams, while lowering headcount expenses.
• Strengthened product line through incoming OEM/custom manufactured products including PerkinElmer agent bench, GE/Danica central station and Zoe low-end portable monitor.
• Interfaced with Board of Directors and represented Company with Wall Street analysts, in quarterly earning conference calls and in development of press releases.
