• Function as the quality department liaison and subject matter expert to other department representatives, customers, staff and regulatory representatives.

• Recommend/implement changes for outpatient settings as part of point of care work group representative

• Ensure effective communication and dissemination of changes and decisions throughout facility locations regarding testing.

• Facilitator for point of care testing software upgrades and changes via server and manufacturer upgrades for facility locations.

• Clinical Hospital, Urgent Care, Physician Office Laboratory and Research experience includes and not limited: o Hospital laboratory department generalist all shifts. o Hospital and Physician Office Special Hematology/ Oncology /Coagulation Clinic; Sickle Cell Clinic; Onsite Research and research with offsite affiliate research facilities. o University Hospital Coagulation general lab and Special Coagulation lab; Onsite Research and research studies with offsite affiliate research facilities. o Hospital Chemistry/Serology general lab and research testing. o University Water Laboratory research testing.
