Controlling project’s cost, time, scope and quality.

Reporting to the Head of Department ( C.E.O ) and Tameer management about any unexpected changes which may have time impact and cost implications on the project in order to get their final approval.

Monitoring project resources and highlighting deficiencies.

Monitoring all productivity related activities of contractors’ and consultants staff, labor and plant on site.
