Supervising and monitoring the Consultant as well as the Contractor during all construction stages, excavation, shoring, piling, dewatering, reinforced concrete till final finishing stage .

Overseeing construction works of projects in accordance with the contract specifications, Fiddic, work procedures approved IFC drawings and checking method statements as required.

Controlling project’s cost, time, scope and quality.

Reporting to the Head of Department ( C.E.O ) and Tameer management about any unexpected changes which may have time impact and cost implications on the project in order to get their final approval.

Monitoring project resources and highlighting deficiencies.

Monitoring all productivity related activities of contractors’ and consultants staff, labor and plant on site.

Monitoring all work carried out in accordance with contract documents and highlighting any problem to the concerned parties

Monitoring and directing the quality assurance and quality control for work to be carried out as per project’s contract quality and monitoring safety manuals.

Lead the Project management team in order to prepare schedules in a timely manner identifying when design information is required for ordering, construction or other purposes and co-ordinate this with the Design Program to mitigate potential delays.

Manage and monitor the delivery on time to the Contractor of all the required documents for construction and other purposes and the prompt response to queries raised and requests for information or approval made by the Contractor.

Ensure that the Project Management team reviews the Contractor’s as-built drawings and operation and maintenance manuals
