Ensuring all installations, maintenance and repairs of all equipment comply with Mining (Management and Safety) Regulations, SAZ, IEEE.

Main duties include:

Capital budgets preparation.

Installation, maintenance and repairs of flameproof and intrinsically safe instruments, control systems and electrical equipment for underground mine

Ensuring all installations, maintenance and repairs of all underground equipment comply with Mining (management and Safety) Regulations, SAZ, IEEE, ISA, Group 1 Zone 0 fiery mine environment standards

Ensuring on engineering activities are performed in safe manner as per SHE policy and statutory requirements.

Preparing engineering ad-hoc, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports

Periodic Inspection of flameproof enclosures and intrinsically safe circuits for underground coal mine equipment
