Hired to bring structure to the distribution and delivery teams and warehouse operations of this chain of stores selling products aimed at helping people with back pain or other physical conditions. Directed crews in Richmond, VA, Lorton VA, Philadelphia, PA, Boston, MA, and San Diego, CA in warehousing and delivery of customer orders of mattresses, ergonomic chairs, and other back support items.
Quickly eliminated merchandise that was cluttering up the warehouse floor and slowing down operations by adding a racking system in the San Diego warehouse.
Improved product delivery time to stores by expanding delivery operations in Boston, MA, Richmond, VA, Raleigh, NC, and Philadelphia, PA.

LOGISTICS MANAGER
Hired to facilitate the conversion of a data center to barcode equipment tracking and inventory management for one of the first Internet Service Providers (ISP) in the United States. Planned and directed the provisioning of computer and server equipment for a 200,000-sq-ft data center. Responsibly managed $50M in inventory repair parts and new servers.
Streamlined the order fulfillment process and substantially improved inventory accuracy of computer parts by adding a two-level pick module with a conveyor system accelerate warehouse operations.
