● As a founding Directors of this startup I started from scratch, solely designed, and implemented accounting, financial & operational systems.

● Team player, part of the core management team, generated financial reporting for timely decision making.

● Put in place strict controls on the use of organization’s resources & maximize customer satisfaction by offering customized solutions.

● Established AR/AP/Internal audit teams & trained them to smoothly run the daily operations with their defined roles.

● Credit & A/R Oversight: Assist sales team with new customer set up. This includes reviewing new customer requests, researching, and approving new customer forms with the proper credit limits.
